Wedding questions

How much does sushi catering cost for a wedding in Miami?

Irimaki's wedding cocktail hour stations start at $2,750, rehearsal and welcome dinners at $2,500, and wedding receptions of 100 guests or more at $7,500, or $10,000 for 150 guests or more. Sales tax is added and travel is billed by location.

Can you do just the cocktail hour?

Yes. A cocktail sushi station for 90 minutes to 2 hours is one of our most requested wedding formats, served alongside your main caterer.

How many wedding guests can you serve?

There is no upper limit. Large weddings are quoted individually with the chefs, stations and team they require.

Can you work with our venue and caterer?

Yes. We coordinate timing with your planner, venue and main caterer, and add your venue as Additional Insured on our Certificate of Insurance when required.

What about guests who don't eat raw fish?

Every menu can include warm Japanese plates such as karaage, gyoza and Big Bang shrimp, with fried rice on request.

Can we add caviar, wagyu or an otoro selection?

Yes. Ossetra caviar, Miyazaki A5 wagyu, uni, ikura, fresh wasabi root and an otoro selection can be added to any wedding menu.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you have a date. Weekend and holiday dates book first, and we take a limited number of events per weekend.

Do you serve alcohol?

No. Irimaki does not serve alcohol; your bar or caterer handles drinks.
