How much does sushi catering for a party cost in Miami?
Irimaki's private celebrations start at $2,500 for up to 30 guests with The Gathering, a two-hour cocktail sushi station. The Celebration starts at $3,000 and The Signature Celebration at $3,900, each for up to 30 guests, with a set price per additional guest. Sales tax is added.
How many guests can you serve?
There is no upper limit. Private celebrations start at 20 guests, and celebrations of more than 80 guests are quoted individually with the chefs and team they require.
How many pieces per guest?
The Gathering serves 6 to 8 pieces per guest as a cocktail station. The Celebration and The Signature Celebration serve 8 to 10 pieces per guest as the main meal.
What if some guests don't eat raw fish?
Every package includes Japanese small plates, with hot and cold options such as karaage, Big Bang shrimp, dumplings and spring rolls for guests who prefer no raw fish.
What happens if the food runs out?
It won't leave your guests short. If food runs out before your service window ends, we keep serving at no extra cost.
What is included?
A private sushi chef preparing everything live, a menu designed with you, premium-grade fish, full setup and breakdown, compostable serviceware, a custom printed menu card and a Certificate of Insurance for your venue at no extra cost.
Do you cater on yachts?
Yes. We serve homes, yachts and venues across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
How do I reserve my date?
Share your date and guest count, we design your menu with you, and a 50% deposit holds your date. Deposits are non-refundable, though you are welcome to reschedule, subject to availability. We take a limited number of events per weekend.
