Do you provide a W-9 and invoices?
Yes. We provide a W-9, a signed event agreement and itemized invoices. ACH through QuickBooks and Zelle carry no fee; credit cards carry a 4% processing fee.
How many guests can you serve?
There is no upper limit. Our formats start at 10 guests, and large events, conferences and conventions are quoted individually with the chefs, stations and team they require.
Can you work alongside our main caterer or venue?
Yes. The cocktail and live stations are designed to run next to a main caterer or bar, timed to your run of show.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as you have a date. Weekday and holiday dates fill quickly, and events booked less than three days in advance may carry a rush fee.
What areas do you serve?
Offices, venues, hotels and private residences across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. We travel further on request, with a travel fee based on distance and venue.
