Private omakase in Miami
Irimaki’s private omakase is a 13-course sushi dinner served live by your own chef, in your home, on your yacht or at your venue across South Florida. From $190 per guest.

Omakase means “I leave it to you”
In Japan, omakase is the seat at the counter where the chef decides what you eat next. Each piece is cut, seasoned and served the moment it is ready, so it reaches you at its best.
We bring that counter to you. Your guests sit close, watch every cut and taste each course seconds after it is finished. The fish leads, the rice supports and nothing is hidden under sauce.

What is an at-home omakase?
An at-home omakase is a chef-led sushi dinner where the chef chooses and serves each course in front of you. With Irimaki, your chef sets up a counter in your home, on your yacht or at your venue and serves a 13-course progression one piece at a time.
How much does a private omakase cost in Miami?
Irimaki's private omakase starts at $190 per guest for 13 courses. Sales tax and a travel fee based on distance are added. Premium additions such as caviar, A5 wagyu and uni are priced at market rate.
How many guests can you serve?
Omakase is designed for intimate groups, priced per guest. For two guests, see Experiences for Two. For larger gatherings we recommend a live sushi station. Your proposal confirms the minimum for your date.
What do I need to provide?
Only your kitchen. Your chef works at your kitchen counter, ideally cleared before arrival, with a sink nearby. We bring the ingredients, knives, serving ware and everything else.
How long does an omakase last?
The omakase itself lasts 1.5 to 2 hours. Including setup and cleanup, plan for 3 to 4 hours in total.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?
Yes. Share allergies when you book and your chef adapts the progression. Any seasonal substitution is of equal or greater value.
Do you provide alcohol?
No. Irimaki does not serve alcohol. You are welcome to pair your own sake, wine or Champagne, and we are happy to suggest pairings.
Is there a family-style option?
Yes. Family-style live sushi starts at $150 per guest with an 8-guest minimum, served family or buffet style with appetizers, rolls, nigiri, warm Japanese plates and dessert. Fried rice is available on request for guests who prefer no sushi.
Where do you serve?
Homes, yachts and private venues across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, including Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Brickell, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you have a date. Weekends and the holiday season book first. Events booked less than three days in advance may carry a rush fee.
